Involves meeting and negotiating with key country contacts, including heads of state and ministerial level officials, US diplomats and staff and key executives at CEO and Chairman levels.

• Levant Communications Group - Director, Jointly-owned company for development of ICT services and projects in Middle East.  Developer and operator of the Levant Fiber Transit Network through Jordan, Syria, and Lebanon. Developing data centers and alternate provider facilities.

• Bell Operating Company (1974-1984), Engineering Manger, Strategic Technical Support, Digital Engineering and Minicomputer Engineering, managed transition and installation of all electronic switching from electro-mechanical systems.
